Dipti is our resident Endodontist. Her qualifications and clinical experience allow her to deal with teeth that have complex endodontic (root canal related) problems. This allows her to save teeth that may otherwise need to be extracted. Dipti has extensive experience in dealing with traumatic injuries to the teeth, provision of root canal treatment, retreatment and apical surgery. Her enthusiasm for her specialty is reflected in her approach to patient care. A compassionate nature ensures an excellent patient experience.

Dipti graduated from King’s College London in 2004 and began her career working alongside dental specialists within the North West London Community Dental Service. She went on to complete the Royal College of Surgeons (England) Membership examinations in 2006.

After a successful period as a General Dental Practitioner, during which time she trained junior dentists; Dipti completed her specialist training in Endodontics at the prestigious UCL Eastman Dental Institute to Distinction level, being awarded the Dentsply Maillefer Award for Endodontology. Her research interests include the clinical outcome of endodontic surgery, for which she was awarded a national prize from the British Endodontic Society. Dipti became registered as a “Specialist in Endodontics” in 2015 after obtaining the Membership in Restorative Dentistry (Endodontics) from The Royal College of Surgeons (England).

As a keen educator, Dipti is a Visiting Lecturer at the Eastman Dental Institute, where she is involved in the clinical and academic teaching of specialists in training. She is currently Assistant Honorary Secretary on the British Endodontic Society Council.

With a little inspiration from travelling, in her spare time Dipti loves to dabble in the kitchen, trying new veggie concoctions.
